Open the D-libre app → go to Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
Confirm your credentials and tap “Delete.”
Your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
Please note: Certain legally required records (such as payment logs) may be retained for up to 90 days for compliance purposes.
If you are unable to access the app or face any issues while deleting your account, please contact us at support@d-libre.com and we will process your request manually.
